Able to swim 50 yards freestyle and backstroke

Introduce breaststroke
Check coordination and reinforce freestyle & backstroke
Able to swim 100 yards+ swim in breaststroke
Level. 5
Introduce butterfly
Develop proper arm pulls & body motion
Fully able to demonstrate 100 Indivisual Medley (IM)
Introductory head first dive in streamlined position
Level. 6
Review and Reinforce all four strokes
Competitive head first dive practice & turns
Getting ready for swim teams
