    • The initial deposit of $40 is Non-refundable.

    • Full refund before your registered class begins.

    • No refund once the class begins.

    • Medical exception: If a swimmer is unable to complete the course due to a serious medical condition, a prograted refund my be issued. A formal written request must be submitted along with a verifiable doctor’s note.

    1. Notify us your anticipated absences, “No Show” will be considered as attended and rescheduling will not be allowed.

    2. Request Make-up: HERE

    3. Once make up schedules set up, it will be final.
